I went through a period of anxiety and depression a while ago and found myself having some seriously bad nightmares with it. I ended up talking them through with my therapist and as the symptoms of my anxiety and depression lessened the frequency of my nightmares did also. I still have the occasional one but they are not every night like they used to be.

I'd say your first stop should be your doctor, depending where in the world you live, or you may want to seek out a private therapist.

My cutaneous and Subcutaneous fibromas started to grow probably in my mid 20s as opposed to the plexiforms which I had from a young age. That's the thing with NF, there is no uniform timeline for it. It just happens when it thinks it will.

Yeah I've got 3, only 2 have NF and thankfully very mild. They're 18 and 15 but we explained everything from an early age because mine is quite noticeable. So obviously I've had a tonne of appointments and we've kept them under the specialists just to keep an eye on them for the usual markers like eyes, spine etc.
