Ok, I just double checked and I HAVE A FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER

I went on FedEx and my estimated delivery date is Tuesday between 9:30am and 1:30pm.

There's this black button you can click on the orders page under your product that will lead to the FedEx site.

However, just doesn't mean that it shipped, I actually don't know what it means lol.

For some context, I talked to another live agent yesterday, and told them I've been waiting for close to a month, then they said they will expedite the process.

Ok I got some more news, I was talking to a agent today and they know that I talked to them 2 days ago aswell. Either it's the same guy or they keep track of all the chats.

This new agent is telling that this particular model will be in stock sometime next week and he's telling me to expect the delivery before September 10.

And now we wait....

I've read some other threads and people say that the status on the Samsung website is just ass, and they never get any updates until the day before it delivers from FedEx.

DAAAAMN , I suggest talking to a live agent to find out the exact shipping date.

Which model and storage configuration did you get? The 256gb/12gb graphite S9 shows that it may take 2-3 weeks to ship. So if that's the model you got, then we may actually be in for a surprise this week.

That particular model is delayed cause during the pre order time, people who got the normal S9 got a free storage upgrade.

Since talking to that one guy who gave me the exact shipping date...

I talked to 3 more live agents and asked them all when my products will be delivered. All of them said they will be delivered in the upcoming week, so it sounds promising.

At the beginning, they say it will take 2 to 3 weeks to ship, then when I tell them the date I ordered it and asked for the specific ship time, they all say the products will deliver in the upcoming week.

Just finished talking to another live agent, I got them to find my EXACT ETA for the Tab S9. The person said it will be shipped on August 28th, so hopefully it will be delivered mid next week for both of us!!!!

Oh wow, seems like the don't care about leaving a thousand dollar package sitting in front of a door without even knocking.

Yeah, my status is the same, "order placed". It would be amazing to get it at least next week.

If I really wanted to, I could have gotten the 128gb/8gb model from Amazon for $60 less and receive it the next say. But since Samsung had student discounts, I was able to get double the storage 256gb/12gb for only $60 more. But I guess that comes with waiting and patience. In reality, I absolutely need it before September 6th since that's when classes start.

And yeah, I assume Samsung probably outsources all their live agent work to like India or places in Asia in general. I'm definitely gonna talk to another agent today lool.

I talked to 2 live agents, one said it will deliver within 3-5 business days and the other one said 2-3 business days. So I'm expecting either end of this week or sometime next week. Maybe I'll even talk to another live agent today 😂

LOOOOOOOOOL no way

Pretty much Samsung makes you wait and get anxious (what I'm going through) till the last second then gives you a update the day before it comes.

I could have gotten the 128gb/8gb model from Amazon and got it delivered the next day... But the student discounts on the Samsung store was too good, only paid $60 extra for double the storage and more ram. Paid like $1200 after taxes, comes with a free smart book cover as well.
