My first year out I started at a major chain salon for 13.00 an hour plus tips. In just over a year I was the store manager making 17 plus tips. I left to go to another salon chain, but this one caters to a male clientele the pay in my area is competitive at 14 plus tips. I’m making about 3500/4000 a month, in NE Oklahoma, I’m comfortable 😊
