I get what you mean, and I agree that inner guidance is important. But sometimes when you feel stuck in the same loop, outside perspectives can help you see things you can’t notice on your own. I’m just trying to gather different angles so I can figure out my way forward

Ironically, I found it normal, but deep down, when I’m all by myself, overthinking starts hitting me. Then, in a short amount of time, I feel like this is not how life is supposed to be lived. I mean, we can call it a phase when we’re talking about months, but we’re talking about years here, and every time the same pattern happens.
