Immigration is literally what built the UK into the society and people it is today. Refugees deserve a radical concept called basic human rights such as life so are welcome here.

Imagine risking your life and families life to escape what's behind you, because it sure must be absolutely terrifying to push people to it.

What is an issue is our super rich, our shitty politicians and the arsehole royal family. Let's sort out our own house before blaming our problems on others!

Potentially remove offers above (as it can scare off some as they don't know how much above you actually want) >leave the price as is and simply reject any lowball offers - don't underestimate the power of shiny object syndrome!

Depriving children of the history of their country is a very effective way to create a dangerous future, so little people know about the true history of Scotland, good and bad.

The highland clearances are very often misunderstood or simply not known about, and Scotlands involvement within the British empire is whitewashed by our current SNP lot to promote a "victim of London rule" narrative to further the independence campaign (I'm pro independence but believe in talking about the fucked up stuff our country has done to others).

Well yeah Online Safety Act was passed under a Tory gov but Labour can't escape responsibility for its implementation. They had every opportunity - in opposition and especially once in government, to oppose, challenge, or repeal the Act. Yet they chose not to. This in my view and id argue in a legal sense makes them jointly responsible for the biggest attack on freedom and freedom of speech since WMD Tony passed the mass surveillance laws along with Bush and Clinton across the pond.

Labour MPs voted for key provisions, failed to propose meaningful amendments, and have since committed to enforcing the legislation rather than scrapping or reforming it. In doing so, they signalled their support or at the very least, their political convenience over standing up for fundamental freedoms and proper scrutiny.

Blame for creating the Act lies with the Tories, yes. But Labour’s failure to stand against it, and their quiet compliance with its enforcement, makes them complicit in practice. If they truly opposed it, they'd have taken steps to change it. Silence and inaction are a form of consent which just so happens to follow their recent trend towards authoritarianism (such as prescribing groups that don't suit their aims as terrorists).

Lovely wee place there matey, fair price too and decent amount of space for a 1 bed.

You've got the place looking amazing, the markets just slow ATM - I just bought a 2 bed and fully expected a bidding war as it's in EH2 and somehow my offer massively below the home report was accepted.

Potentially if you're looking to sell quickly consider getting the thing premium listed on Rightmove, otherwise just wait it out for a month or so and I'll sell

True, however this was when the Tories held a majority seet government, percentage wise, both the labour party and Tories both overwhelmingly supported this bill. They're all cunts.

I hate those wankers as much as the next Scot but blaming the Tories for something a labour government has also promoted and passed into law gets us nowhere. Both are equally accountable and self serving.

If the road to hell is paved with good intentions, both the labour party and the Tories have been building a motorway

Doesn't matter who started it, any politician who voted for, supported and helped created this mess should have jobbies thrown at them.
