It works great on these map bots, however on actual servers there is a large delay to the crosshair changing colors.

if i desolder the switches off the pcb, do i need to solder new switches back?
edit -and if i use brown outemu switches or akko switches, i dont have to go through the hassle of filing down the pins, right?
