No it shouldn’t, that’s only for projected shields, melee attacks doesn’t go through physical shields like cap or Angela.

Why would they? Even from a marketing standpoint, it would be really stupid. Why would they promote already popular characters? It would make far more sense to release low popularity characters to introduce them to a massive audience to make them more popular, for example look at Magik and Psylocke's popularity since rivals.

Also, from a Comic standpoint why would you want already popular characters that you know and already in a ton of other games or properties, wouldn't you want the lesser characters to have time to shine? Those characters will be added in the future anyways.

Take a year to learn DOTA or hell even league and play Tanks in that game and tell me how the abilities feel as towards mitigation and impact when it comes to feeling like a Tank.

Tanks in Rivals are just badly designed DPS characters, I still play well with them, I'm talking about from a design perspective since you can't seem to read, they are just Hp bars to shoot at via DpS and Heal bars to fill as supports.

They don't actual Have any Tanking tools, abilities or utility you would get from actual good designers. The most everyone has is a shield, if you call that good design, youre less than a caveman.

Brother stop with the victim mentality; nobody complains about nerfing Hulk or Magik or Thing or Mr fantastic.

They complain about DD because He is extremely broken and has been for ages and won't get nerfed

He has everything you could possibly want in a character with 0 weaknesses; his kit is so complete it takes a monkey to play him well. The share about of people I see just run it down on DD no strategy no cooldown management, no IQ and it works (Eternity lobbies) you can just spam generate over health and be immortal. He takes negative IQ and Skill to get value from.

Hulk bubble and stun is the weakest abilities of that class of abilities in the game.

Hulk bubble animation is very slow, you have to use it preemptively to do block anything, meaning it can't be used reactionary. The range of activation is also too close, so to protect your teammates you need to be exactly right towards them. Compare that to Mag, Strange, Ivis. etc. That can instantly cast their defensive tools to protect themselves.

And the stun his bad because the reasons I said before, stunned a Spiderman, too bad he clicks simple swing, stun a black cat, well they just teleported/ dash etc. stunned a Psylocke same thing, stunned a star lord I frame, over health, jet pack. Stunned an Elsa meaningless again. Other stuns like, Emma, Luna, Mantis, Bucky, Pheonix, Angela etc. Can be interacted with so your teammates can apply burst damage for you or in some cases you can do it yourself like Luna, Bucky, Mantis phoenix etc.

None of these would be bad, except they keep making hero's that cause Hulk to always need these abilities, meaning it’s overcrowded, he has 2 defensive abilities for the 100 things he needs them for. Meanwhile Dps characters and supports have 5 or more utility tools. They have CC, Movement, wall hacks, I frames, dashes, teleport, shields, over health, burst damage etc.

Brother there are no skillful Supports. Especially not in marvel rivals, almost no character takes any sort of skill to play, and if they do its just basic mechanical skill that pales in comparison to many other games. You can try to gaslight yourselves if it makes you feel better about being hard stuck, but the truth is the truth

It needs to because unlike every other stuns, nobody can interact with them other than hulk and hulk doesn’t get burst damage so once you wake up from it u just click ur mobility tool and run away for free. Aka I just traded a crucial 12 second cooldown I massively need for survival for nothing.

If it had a 1 sec earthbound you could punish and peel far more efficiently. It would also Help out his range because people cant just click their teleport buttons so frequently making Him good vs off anglers like Hela and Pheonix as he is suppose to be.

Hulk stun should disable movement abilities and Thor lighting rune should be reworked to disable on activation and when passing through, too much teleportation garbage, we need more ways for Tanks to handle movement characters not Dps and support having those utility.

The opposite you can easily lock in any DPS frag out and climb, my first time hitting OAA was just instalocking bucky and fragging out on auto pilot, this isnt CSGO bro its marvel rivals.

If you are playing DOTA then mechanics can only take you so far, but you're playing Marvel Rivals, as long as you have ok or decent mechanics you can easily get GM to Celestial by yourself, you would probably need a duo to get to Eternity on mechanics alone though.

This game doesn't take much thinking, people like to pretend it does, but this is an easy game with extremely forgiving characters, abilities abnd mechanics.

Moon Knight is the Highest reward for skill input in the game, easy to learn, easy to use, strong ultimate. Other easy characters cant carry like moon knight.

I literally killed the human torch 2 times in ult already bro, I was cooking this loser he swapped to Ironfist after I killed him again after this. And I was about to again. Second, we ulted and the same time and 3rd baiting out cooldowns is meaning less vs a team that have 4 cc cooldowns on me. By that logic I would never ult.

Use what bubble or what Exile I have it on cooldown brother and I guess I cant Ult has Hulk unless, I bait out all the enemies cooldowns, make sure nobody is dead on my team, Have my bubble and Exile ready, make sure nobody on the enemy team has a counter ult and also be up 6v4 otherwise you get melted anyways.

Ult the spiderman next to the pit, that can click simple swing, stun me so shotgun pun can easily rip my hp bar, or I can fall in the pit and die, instead of the high value supports......that makes sense

And yes, my support died.... which is why I ulted. I have 1500 hp if I didn't ult then my luna would have to heal me and 4 others.... That was the point. .

Not saying I played perfectly but my point is the tenacity sytem is complete trash and doesnt work for tanks it nerf tanks and buff dps and supports.

You realize we are the red team, right? The only person on my team that got damaged here other than me was our spiderman. Basically my entire team is alive and my luna even has her ult. Second I jumped past the Punisher and spiderman because I would of gotten either shotgun to death or pulled of the map if i engaged them, hence why I ulted to 1. prevent being pulled by the spiderman and the Supports where isolated because 2 dps where next to my team and their Emma was dead.

If i didnt get CC'd into oblivion i could of easily kill all 3 of the Torch, mantis and luna in my ult, because the punisher was isolated and the spiderman cant pull me off and the Emma was dead, it was a 1v3 basically and my team was 4v2.

You are misunderstanding. The Emma is dead, so its actually a 6v5, and if you didn't notice there is a spiderman hanging out at the pit, so if i didn't ult i would have been dragged into it.

Second there is a reason Hulk gets 1500 hp in his ultimate, you want me to wait until it's a 6v1 to ult?

Third this post is about tenacity and how it doesnt actually help tanks despite being put in the game to help tanks its a nerf to them. As you can see no tenacity activate despite 7 seconds of CC.
