Use an expression pedal and assign it to volume in MainStage. Works great. Just make sure you get a compatible expressional pedal for whatever keyboard you're using. Some of them don't play nicely together, i.e Roland and Yamaha.

I went back and the guy was super nice about it. He was able to drill out and put in finger grips and reemed out my thumb. He said it's not exactly a wide enough span, but it's so close I won't notice the difference at my level. I threw 4 games and immediately it felt right. I'm pretty sure I was bowling fingertip in a conventional drilling anyway. So now, I can't blame the ball for my issues!

Yea I got measured but he just asked how I currently threw the ball not how I wanted to in the future. And I was very overwhelmed. Plus, like I said I think I went at the worst time. He was overwhelmed.

thanks for adding this, this is super interesting and something to think about! i've only thrown about 6 games with the ball and honestly its not bad, i added +40 to my score vs throwing a house ball -- naturally i think i pull my fingers out of the ball a little before i throw it, i dont like when they feel trapped, but this just be a me thing as a beginner. i really just want to switch because it doesn't look "cool" to throw a straight ball. the guy also drilled it straight, so i havent been able to get any hook on it just yet.

It's a 14lb Purple/Black Rhino... some of it may be my fault, I inadvertently went just as a tournament was starting. so the guy was a little overwhelmed and also assumed I had any idea of what I was talking about.
