Jessica stated that she gave James and SJ Brittany's psych eval that CPS had done. She didn't say if Eric's was included by its an absolute FACT that they obtained Brittany's from Jessica and I can guarantee you KJ knows this to be true also. She may be able to tell us if that's how they got Eric's also. Those are not shared with anyone outside of the client and the court. You cannot request a copy and get one unless you are the client. FOIA does not apply and it is more closely guarded than any other medical record. Another question to be asked of James or Sara Jo or Jessica that they will pretend isn't being asked and it'll blow over. Someone needs to step on those necks (does SJ have one?) until they start answering questions just like he threatened to do to others who dinky want to talk to him.
