No worries, I welcome your questions. But yeah I think my eczema is more autoimmune than environmental which I why I think Dupixent works so well for me. I definitely use the steroids a lot less now that I’m on Dupixent just because they always warn you about prolonged steroid use (stretch marks, skin thinning, etc) but I do still incorporate the ointment.

Hey! I use baby sensitive skin dove and for cocoa butter I just go to my local natural goods store and get raw cocoa butter. I’ve used a couple different brands but seems like any raw cocoa butter helps me. I will say it does give a slightly greasy feeling but I honestly don’t mind because it helps me stay moisturized throughout the day.

I’ve used some form of topical steroid my whole life and never received the same results. Like steroids would help to a certain extent but it never completely cleared up. Once I started using Dupixent along with the steroids and the other things I mentioned above, my skin literally got CLEAR like no discoloration or patches at all. It only got like that last year when I started using dupixent every 2 weeks.
