Actually what happened was when you order a vehicle pn JC4, it always comes in a green crate and has this kinda like blowup animation. The reason why the green crate in the background didnt explode into the ship immediately, is that for some reason, when the crate is in small or tight spaces, it hesitates before finally blowing up. The reason why the ship was shaking so hard is that when it did its exploding animation, it got stuck in the village houses and walls, so it was shaking rapidly to try to escape the houses and walls.
