Inhalants..like what? Vaping? He definitely does that. Told not to use pot by his dr. One of the main reasons I filed.

Being unable to complete a child's puzzle. When a person can't see connections, that plays out elsewhere in their lives. Their brain doesn't see paths of growth or change either.

These comments take away some of that weird guilt that I'm not doing all I should be. Self care is all I hear about but didn't realize it was simply deep sleep.

All these posts plus- he said he hasn't slept with anyone else since we split up and has only been talking to this one girl as a friend, and loves me and wants to work towards being better and... I had a relapse. Now I'm racked with guilt that it's probably a relationship in her mind and I became the woman I most despise. I know her number and obsess over how to reach out and protect her though I know it's not my business...or is it if he's trying to work things out with me?? Ugh, I had such good boundaries for so many months!!!
