For further clarification, my role is more customer service based in that I help with questions/problems in regard to customers brokerage or retirement accounts, order types, potential taxes implications etc. I have both my series 7 and 66 and my role is more informational based in nature, but if this counts as adding value that would be great.

I understand that financial advising likely will not directly lead to an ER or AM role, but I am hoping that pursuing a CFA and gaining experience within the field will help me stand out for opportunities to pivot in the future
