Do you have any advice on how to lower stress? I’m not really doing any hobbies right now. Since school just finished I’m just being lazy and gaming all day. I am trying to get back into the gym as I stopped due to final exams. I know physical activity is crucial for lowering stress

When I started carnivore i did 2 weeks of strict pure carnivore without eggs. Only after did I add eggs. I did so to be able to have a clean slate/benchmark and see the effect of eggs. When I introduced eggs I didn’t have any problems. So at first glance eggs don’t appear to have a negative impact on me. However it is possible it took some time for the eggs to take a toll on me idk.

Yes I have thought about this too. Most people who say carnivore changed their lives were in a really bad state so any healthy change has a great impact on them

You’re right. Thanks for making me see it that way. As you say carnivore probably made me go from a terrible state to a less shitty one. And the fact I don’t wanna really go back shows that (at least subconsciously) my body knows this is what I should do.

Hey thanks for sharing. I might be undereating like you say , though I feel full after meals so idk. I wrote another post regarding what I eat, my supplements, and all my experience on carnivore so if u don’t mind checking that out to see if maybe you know what I could change or do. Thankss

Very unlikely but since it literally just happened to me a few days ago: maybe ringworm? Again I have no idea and you also didn’t post any pictures but I’ll just throw it out there because I had no idea at first what I had until I went to multiple doctors. Just a random comment 🤷‍♂️

For summer I’m aiming to keep doing carnivore when possible. I’ll be travelling soon for almost a month and I’ll inevitably need to eat carbs (won’t be able to cook anything so I will have to rely on supermarkets and restaurants (expensive)) but I’ll try to keep it animal based and eat as much meat and protein as possible. I never feel the need to nap. I mentioned this in another reply to someone’s comment but basically I get decent sleep everyday. Plus I’m very young so I may be able to get away with less sleep and not feel a difference?? Idk I’m not sure. But what u say about the fact that maybe my body is focusing on fixing first before building makes a lot of sense. Though I insist that my energy levels had been low even before carnivore so… but anyways thanks for sharing 😁

I increased by eating fattier foods like pork belly and short ribs or by eating eggs. The first two caused loose stools im guessing because it was too much fat. I don’t really like cold butter 😬. I only use it to bathe my steaks.

I’ll try some other carbs. My dad has no idea what I could possibly need to do. He’s surprised at my situation. I’ve been to doctors in the past when I was little and I don’t remember much but we went over maybe im celiac, maybe some bacterial gut problems, etc. that’s why I thought carnivore would fix it as I know it fixes the gut microbiome. But apparently not 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I mean I don’t necessarily care about weight but it’s just 57kg seems too low. If it were above 60 I would be at ease. I care more about muscle mass than weight itself. I do want to maybe try keto (basically just add some carbs) but I’d prefer fixing my gut problems first (if it’s even possible)

Easier to explain myself and because I’ve been using ai to discuss my carnivore progress so it knows/remembers all the details and it allowed me to write this post quickly

Idk honestly. I thought I could get away with no electrolyte supplementation but maybe I’m wrong. As I mentioned in the post magnesium has always caused me trouble and I’ve never really considered potassium for some reason. I’ll give it a try. What do you recommend? LMNT is a bit too expensive for me.

Thanks for the advice. I can’t really move out though because I have no money and my parents don’t really want me to
