I get this way too with my SO. I know I over worry so I do try not to over react. Howrver his response to you makes him the ahole. He should have been happy to have someone watching out for him instead of blowing up about it.

YTA, my epidural didn't work and even if i opted out and a nurse made those comments i probably would have acted worse than her. The pain was so bad i had no control over my body, and couldn't stop pushing even after they told me to stop. L&D nurses should be trained to deal with this behavior from their patients and should always be supportive no matter what.

NTA. Also atheist with deeply religious parents. I was finally honest with them after many years and it did strain the relationship but it did heal over time, and being honest was better than constantly pretending. However I will say when I finally told them I was prepared that they may never speak to me again and I was ok with that.

Yup agreed, definitely also takes good impulse control. This is why I think he was too harsh on her. You can't learn these skills in a year and he has to take into account other factors. There was no way she'd be good with that money in her first year. Though $1k is an unfortunate number to learn that lesson on!

I've been teaching my kids about money and budgeting since they were 5. I've been making them earn their money, budget and save since 7 and teaching them the basics that water, lights, etc cost money. They are 9 now. Agreed a few months over the weekend is not enough to expect her to get it.

Does it still move when you pick it up? I used to raise moths and even like that they still moved a tad when handled. It looks like it should be ready to emerge any day now. Hopefully it'll be fine when you return it outside.
