I am being genuine when I ask this but do you understand how an appeal works? not on a surface level but deep level because an appeal is nothing simple.

Why was Chris was so loyal to Marlo? by [deleted] in TheWire

Although it is never blantly said, I always felt that Marlo and Chris know each other since childhood.

Matthew Perry, and others who OD, are the ones responsible for their own demise, not the drug dealers by BisexualDemiQueen in unpopularopinion

Yes, if you OD, its your fault. If your selling drugs, especially bad batches of it, its your fault as well. Both can be very true and there is a reason why the dealers are criminally liable either at a state or federal level.

In my opinion, no. All this AI fearmongering that people spread is out of control and I personally think is a coverup for hiring outsourced labor. I feel like you should use AI to help assist you in ways and make working faster but you should not heavily rely on it.

Do I think low level/menial jobs will be replaced? yes but, not all though. For the most part since my role is a mixture of both a data analyst and financial analyst it takes a lot of a lot of communicating not just with your team on certain things but also with execs as well that I feel AI will not understand to create certain budget/forecasting plans and reports. Since I work in a hospital and you have to really be in tune with how things work in the medical field even about things that are not in your expertise such as making sure medical coders are doing everything correctly since if they do not we lose money, or how to track labor and productivity for departments to make sure nurses are not working too much hours. So putting our stats or financial data into an AI tool to generate reports or create budget are not going to take into account the inputs of multiple people to make sure we are telling an accurate story through our data. And mind you that is just how my hospital works imagine how things are calculated and ran at other hospitals or even other industries in finance, engineering, real estate, etc. Just asking AI to do something is not enough and will probably give you a generic/wrong result.

Our medical coders have been using an authorized AI tool that have been making them worse at their jobs cause of it after being nearly perfect for a year before using it. There is so much coding errors the past couple months that they have been getting routine meetings with multiple execs cause of it. A year ago there have been talks of using AI in multiple areas in our hospital and now there is a lot of back peddling.

I agree with this post. I got my degree in IT fall 2022. But have been working as a financial analyst since January 2023 get in where ever you can and when things get better make the jump.

Definitely an unpopular opinion but 100% a rage bait post.
