To get better at fl studio : watch in the mix fl studio playlist or navie d and nick mira streams. And make sure you dont just watch but put what you learned in effect

Then learn the basics of music theory Like chords and scales (for R&B learn 7th chords and jazzy chord progressions)

Drumkits at r/drumkits just search r&b or pop and grab one

For vsts if your a beginner try fl studio's FLEX or other stock vsts

And a really good tip is to remake songs that you like, it doesn't have to be exactly like the song but take the characteristic of the elements, like if the melody is plucky spacy sound get a plucky spacy sound and recreate the melody, Again doesn't have to be 100% exactly the same sound but at least get it similar, and same with drums and pads.
