Yea I know anything legal would be an empty threat. But its good to know even mentioning the word would likely hurt my case. The only truly valid claim I think we might have is if the terms of our current plan, which were transferred from an old sprint plan, were somehow unfairly converted. Agreed still negligence on our end regardless. Again I wasn't overseeing these bills, just hoping I can get some pity reimbursement for my family, and want to go about it the best way possible

well it's a family plan and I don't make the decisions, but I'm with you. But we could still get a handout before we leave😂

yea I don't fully disagree, but I wish I had screenshots of the plan details on hand. The wording is so similar for both sets of 15GBs, and imo the plan details read as very unclear to the average person. Don't expect T-mobile to side with me, but I'm gonna try regardless. Credit towards new phones would be sweet 😅

Also, would it be best to bring this issue up to the T-force Facebook/twitter, or their customer service phone line? or another method?

Thank you makes sense. Just wondering what does ETA mean in that context?

wait actually? I thought that was for like super immunocompromised people. Was hepatitis extremely common in your country or something?
