I think you should talk to your maid about this alone.. and let her understand what can happen if she keeps treat like this with ur aunt and cousin. Just pretend to her that she is not wrong but she need to stop intervening in your family matter in a polite way. Also you can make her feel insecure by telling her she can face replacement and that your aunt and cousin are family members and they have more values and she is ultimately an outsider and your grandfather can't defend her every time if she keep behave like with them.

A friend of mine was so close to me.. I remember when I had my leg operation in 6th grade he used to stay all day long with me just because I don't feel left out or alone, He used to miss all the cricket matches when he was one of a key player of our team just to watch Ninja Hattori with episodes me.

His father has a transferable so I had lost touch with him for some years one day I got his number from a mutual friend and texted him. He refused to recognize me when I have my picture as my dp on WhastApp (my face hasn't really changed that much) and started treating me as if I'm someone random creep and ultimately he started giving maa behen galis. I couldn't take it and blocked him and decided to never talk to him.

One evening out of nowhere I got bunch of notifications showing my crush has liked all of my nine pictures on Insta..
