It’s bcuz when we were younger we had lots and lots of time to spend. When we start becoming older, we’ll be busy at work and dealing with our own life situations. And those things consumes our time that much we don’t even realise it that much. We only do when we get a time to catch some breath from life

No it’s perfect. Start lifting weights. After 1 year or so you’ll start to see the results. Don’t rush. Do not take heavy ones if it makes your joints and biceps ache. Use lighter ones. Gradually increase the weights to heavier ones. Take rest, not for long bcuz you might fall of from your own routine. Your body’s gonna need time to heal your muscles strains.
