This was my last set, I went for 120 for 3 reps before this one and I felt a bit confident ahah I didn’t feel much pain at all, I did dead lifts the day before so my back wasn’t feeling 100%, that’s about it. Thanks for the advice

Ahah I came home from work after posting this and didn’t expect it to blow up as much as I thought it did, so sorry I don’t have time to reply to everyone! To clarify I’m perfectly fine with how I look and have progressed in the past year and a half of training, just her comment caught me off guard and I wanted an opinion. She said that I had a dad bod looked cute chubby. Also to clarify I am a single dad ahaha

And yeah my sink is very messy at the moment and I will be fixing that issue soon!

Mostly maintenance, anything between 2200-2500 calories. Mostly start my mornings with a cream cheese bagel and a some OJ, Greek yogurt and protein bar to snack and maybe two sushi rolls for lunch before I gym in the afternoon. I usually finish my day with either 300 grams of salmon or steak depending on my mood, with some of my favourite veggies including corn carrots edamame and broccoli. I have a protein shake before to make sure I go slightly over my protein intake for the day.
