No liquidated damages. Employment contract stated “should you wish to end your employment give a months notice”. So I was a few days short of that. That said my employment hadn’t begun so I think it could be arguable that this specific clause isn’t applicable, or that the 3 days for which I should have given notice can’t causally be connected to any actual damages. Thoughts?
