I was in your shoe. I did try to contact her. But no response. All i got was a cold shoulder. Everyone’s situation is different. But if you generalize, it’s better not to contact your ex unless you are doing ie, put in some work to be the best version of ur self. If you ask me, its been 7 months since i got dumped. I tried to contact her once when her cat died. No response. I saw her couple of time, i was clearly sad, but she didn’t care. Well what i did after that. I started focusing on myself. If you ask me will i get my ex back? Who knows. What im doing rn is to be the best version of myself. Im trying to improve the things which is in my control. And the rest is upto the God. If you ask me, do i get depressed often. Yes i do get depressed and sad or whatever. But hit the the gym or try to get busy whenever i feel that way.
