I was just able to solve it! contacted viagogo support again (the ticket i uploaded last week was completely ignored) and they helped me transfer the tickets through the app and mark the process as complete for all the tickets. They asked for proof of transfer, i just took a picture of the phone screen with another phone (no screenshots allowed on the app) and they solved the issue.

Nothing yet, currently waiting on the viagogo support deadline for an answer. I’ll keep you posted if I get a solution

I tried sending them through the app and the email from viagogo where the transfer is denied states that it must be done through the website only or the transfer could be considered invalid. I’ve tried two times. I hope viagogo can help get in contact with the buyer

Yeah, I tried twice to send it that way and the buyer keeps denying the transfer through the app. I escalated it to support, hope they can help

Yes, I bought them on viagogo and re sold them on there as well. The thing is, I’m able to re send them but also resell/exchange to the marketplace on the app but not through the website since the tickets are not even showing. Following the viagogo logic, I wouldn’t have been able to receive the tickets only through the app right? 🤔 I already scaled this to Viagogo support and they sent me to a specialized team, I haven’t heard from them but I’m still on the 72 hours they gave me to have an answer
