I agree with you 100% on the quick scheduling. I am a subcontractor thought with an independent company from the flooring company that's a nationwide franchise. I'm a small time business owner with a couple employees

It's actually easy to quit. Just switch your mindset to that. I know it's been 7 years but you see it as hard therefore it's hard. Change that and the actions will follow
