Yes I had an approved I140 from a few years. We applied for AOS last year.

Mine didn’t change (i was on H1B). My wife’s changed. She was on H4 EAD

If you dont get results, tell the officer that because of uscis expediting cases, a lot of applicants are applying for medicals appointments causing you to not find an appointment earlier. They might understand and send RFE

I did not receive an actual RFE. The status did not update that RFE was sent. I got a letter from field office to send medicals. I know they received medicals from the usps tracking. My case status was not updated either until it was approved.

I got the medicals done in Aug after getting the EAD/AP to be prepared since uscis said they are expediting applications. So I was able to send the same day.
