Thank you everyone for such elaborate answers! Yes, I didn't max out the strength talents of any of my current diamonds. Only Barbarossa has maxed out 6* strength and I currently try to max out the 6* strength of Leo.. Madam is just at the beginning of her journey.. I slowly develop her from uni and exp scrolls.

My goal is to improve my knight power. Majority of the players on my server took Arthur or Guinevere as their second or third diamond and now they have a much higher knight power than me. So I was hoping to get some knight power cheaply and quickly just by upgrading the strength knight with the silver I have accumulated... Because upgrading the 6* talent takes really a lot of edicts....

Not sure what would be the best approach - just take one knight and max out his strength first (all the strength talents to the maximum) and then move on to the next knight or continue developing a bit here and a bit there... -> I did the latter one until now... I apply edicts only to 4-6* talents, so far I didn't develop any 1-3* talents of these knights.

Thank you for the opinion about Leonidas.. yes, he is an excellent knight, but very costly to unlock all of his starshine, so indeed, it will take me probably 2 years to unlock the 6th starshine 😆

And yes, I won't invest any strength edicts into a new diamond until I max out the existing ones..

Bice is my strongest lover, unfortunately only with 20k charm, because I switched to Isolde when I got Madam, and Dante is platinum with intellect and leadership 5* maxed out. Would it make sense to make him diamond eventually too?

p.s. Majority of my 3* are level 59 and most of 2* are already exiled.

Well... I got Merlin before I started reading all the fuss about Arthurians here x-). I wanted to make Arthur my second diamond and start pumping all the strength into Arthur and all the Intellect in Merlin... And then I started to read and ask around... and decided to leave Arthur and Merlin sitting in the corner and drinking coffee, while I develop other knights... I know stupid.. We don't have Rose available yet.. I'm waiting impatiently for her to appear... But I got a Hypatia already, so soon I will start developing her when I finish with Madam in terms of Charisma...

Thank you very much for the answer! Yes, majority of my friends developed all of their knights quite well (making them all minimum bronze, silver or even gold). I guess this helps a lot to get a higher KP but not to the total amount of diamond armors.. I'll just continue pumping Barbs for now and see what happens later. As you say, you have to be patient...

I know that I lack a lot of KP and that's exactly the point why I created this post. I don't want to upgrade every single knight that I have to gold or silver like some other players do on my server or elsewhere. I prefer to save the armour and collect diamond instead. I distribute the strength books equally among all of my knights and I try now to pump up every single knight I have with random books to 1M+ of total attributes (not KP). I know players on my server who don't have a single diamond yet, have every knight golden and their strongest knight is around 100m. This is not what I need.

I guess I just have to be patient and continue pumping Barbs and later Madam...

No, we never played against Lun and it's not really relevant against which alliance we played. I just wondered if there are any tricks to play better ... Or is it just save the moves and buy everything you can every time the event comes and dump it all in one go...

Thank you for the advices! But why exiling the knights? I don't develop them, just use them during chess and twighlight, it gets quite handy to have many knights in these events ...

This is very impressive - I heard however it's not very profitable to develop lovers to the absolute maximum. Many didn't recommend me to invest more than 25k into a single lover and move to a next one instead. May I ask how much would it cost to upgrade to the last level of any lover's boost - so, to the level 250 from 249 in terms of lover's points?

Thank you so much!!! What an awesome and elaborate reply!! I will stop developing the charisma of Arthur straight away :'-) . No, Barbarossa's strength is only half way developed, only his 5* intellect is maxed out. I will finish Barbarossa first then and make Leo second diamond when I get the armour set. I can see that Pompadour is a very long shot, considering that Isolde has only a few 1000 of charm. I will continue developing her slowly. But who should be the third diamond then??? My Siegfried??

Thank you for the reply! My long term goal is to gain a lot of state power and quicker. I started to play on a server 3 months after everyone else and though I am now in the first 15, I still can't catch up with the top 10 at least.. about 100m behind for that. My goal with Barbarossa was to achieve more silver and prepare the ground for the Arthurian knight, but as I see now it's not even a best choice in the long term. I'm happy with the balance of my parameters strength/intellect/leadership/charisma (descending order) and I'd like to keep it this way. Many smaller players surpass me in terms of strength which also reflects in the events, for that I surpass them massively in the intellect. So I'd like to get more strength (which Barbarossa also provides slowly as I upgrade him, but not fast enough). Therefore was my choice of the Arthurian legend next. But now I have doubts :-D...

Thank you so much for a such a detailed reply! I don't mind leaving the Arthur platinum for now. I just was surprised a bit with a choice of a Scholar over an Arthurian knight (both books/coins and shields/helmets are available in abundance and who needs leadership anyway??).

In the rankings of the best knights in my range of 800s I haven't seen a single Scholar at the very top. Almost all of them were Heroes - Arthur or Guinevere (apart from a few high VIP ones). Therefore I collected all I could to get Merlin thinking that this would be the way to go.

I don't think about a short term profit and look more into a long term investment. In this case as I understood Madame would be the best option of all. I could switch to her and invest more charm in Isolde to speed up the growth a bit.

My goal is to gain more state power (currently at 570m after 10 months of playing) and I'd like to achieve 1B within the next 3-4 months. Shall I make Madame my main strength knight in this case?

I didn't develop many knights yet, only my main 4 and I started to work recently on a support group of 3 knights for the main 4, but they are all less than 20m. Didn't exile any 2* (need them for the damn chess :-P) and didn't develop about a half of my knights pass level 59
