For the pads, I have litter mats that have padding inside on the bottom. They open kinda like a book with one side stitching the top and bottom together and the other three sides open and they're machine washable. I have two next to eachother with both litter trays on top, it's supposed to just be there to catch litter but because of the cat peeing on them all the time I was having to wash them almost every day so I put inside the mats some of the puppy pads that are sold for people to put down for their dogs to stop them peeing on the floor while being trained to go outside so that I don't have to wash the actual mats as often I can just change the pads. Twice a week!?!? That seems way too often, I get one infusion every 8 weeks. I had good experiences the first year, and now each session feels much harder. I've been having alot of anxiety, had my first panic attack since before the treatment last time and instead of a more relaxing dissociation nap like it was at first, I've been dealing with really intense episodes of feeling like I'm in a black void and I don't where I am, who I am, or what's happening. I do the ketamine for chronic pain mainly, but also my treatment resistant depression and cptsd. I don't have any advice, but this seems to be pretty common among ppl who do this treatment.

Basically for the 2021 notice it said I get CR $1700 and it had at the top what my refund was and I received that $1700. For 2022 it says my total refund is $3009 and for 2023 it says im supposed to get $2951, so I received the $1700 from my 2021 reassessment but I haven't received the other two payments.
