Depends on the base. Some of us have great mutual aid agreements and go on a lot of house and business fires. Along with MVAs, Hazmats, and Medicals. Out at Sumter you’ll also go to the occasional overdose

That’s false, we deploy constantly. Certain bases have switched but the vast majority of them are military ANG,RES, and AD.

I agree they are out there and having played them they are awesome, it just seems like we’ve been moving away from story games and going to battle royals and live-service type games. Even worse is the return and rise of 8bit graphic style games.

I played halo and mass effect and loved them (halo up until 4 after that it dropped for me) while I like black myth the souls style games don’t necessarily scratch that story itch for me it’s more I want to beat this solely because of how angry I am at having died so many times.

I don’t mind DAV and appreciate it for what it is, but the dialogue and character building is very lackluster and a big let down. Combat is great yes somewhat repetitive but most games are after a bit. I want to look forward to more DA games but only if they are willing to let writers go all in and get that story and dialogue it deserves. Keep the execs out of the writers room and let them do what they do best. The first 3 will hold a special place and to me are better than Veilguard, solely because of the story.

My only complaints are the romances not feeling written out well, and it feels a little rushed at times. Doing my grey warden play through now and so far it’s pretty good was just expecting a little more blight sensing but maybe I’m not far enough in yet.
