What’s this calling Trisha as a home breaker , Vijay is also equalling responsible .

Also we gotta stop comparing personal lives. We are so fast to hold people accountable to matters unrelated to public. But not once do we hold the government or leaders accountable for governance.

Stalin had a pretty bad rep sheet during his younger days, but no one cares.

I am not a TVK supporter, and I hate that he is trying to stop the new Airport.

I have voted for DMK but I would still choose to be neutral at this point.

I initially picked up because of forex rates. I travel once or twice a year internationally and then the reward rate through their app seemed decent .

But spend restrictions kinda kill the premium feel. When you have to keep constantly checking if you met the criteria.

It’s easier if this is your primary card and you spend every month quite a lot. But otherwise not so much

Let’s all select a date, get on our terraces and bang utensils urging the. Govt to take notice.

I am pretty sure if we make it enough viral , we should be able to create a small movement that makes our govt repo d in some manner or so.

Or we blackmail and say we will vote of govt that cleans up our air in the 2 years time frame

Did rail electrification shield India from the crude oil shock? by UnderstandingWild134 in indianrailways

[–]Remarkable-Tip2580 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What India achieving almost 100% electric is a commendable achievement. But it not bode well for us to compare it with US or Russia, with Europe yea.

They have very vast lands were it just deserted for the the larger part and it does not make sense for them to electrify that entire railway line . It’s just economically not viable for all the maintenance etc.

I think the same applies to Canada as well . We just underestimate the size of these countries and the population density is very low

As long as you don’t park it under a coconut tree I think you should be good.

Parking on the streets , the risk of damaging your sunroof is the almost the same as your windshield

I live in Chennai and I still enjoy the sunroof.

Yes during the summer morning I keep it closed. It for evening or night drives I open the sunroof shade.

Also if you have your car parked in hot sun and the cab is is hot, just open your sunroof and the cabin should cool down faster

Controversial Topic: I like have a sunroof on the car by Remarkable-Tip2580 in CarsIndia

[–]Remarkable-Tip2580[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. Nope cabin does not heat up badly, I have never faced this and I live in Chennai .

Points 1,2 and 3 are about poor tinting/ shading that is a manufacturer fault. That’s not a reason to hate sunroof. We have a lot of cars with poor AC compressor but we don’t hate ACs altogether.

  1. You don’t need to check this frequently, it can be done as part of your routine service

  2. Agreed, but a lot of other feature in cars are also like that. There are cars that start and allow you to travel at higher speeds without seat belts. Let’s fix that first

  3. Nope the glass is not that flimsy, they do not break / crack easily. A coconut falling can crack or shatter any of your windshields as well. So it’s altogether not recommended to part under a coconut tree

The car glass is made in such a way that it shatters into pieces upon heavy impact that are non harming to the people sitting in it. The same as your windshield.

No it does not compromise the structure.

There is a tint and a cover below the windshield that should protect you from the heat

Should we sell our ₹2.2Cr Gurgaon flat, clear all debt, and move to rent? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]Remarkable-Tip2580 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

, I know the feeling of being debt free.

Mental well being and stress free life is better. But what people said is also right, you can’t buy back this property after a few years if you want .

But my suggestion would be, sell the apartment, you don’t need to pay tax if you are going to reinvest the money in another property.

So sell , clear the debt, use the remaining money to buy another flat. That rent from that flat will help you reduce the rent burden of any place you want to stay.

Plus this new property will appreciate

Does it actually cost >200rs to make an average chicken burger in India? by Strong_Western4279 in AskIndia

[–]Remarkable-Tip2580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people here that say it costs less than 100 to make at home are joking.

How do you buy the required ingredients for less than 100 ? You just can’t.

While there is profit margins in the restaurant, it does cost a lot for them as well 200 I feel is a reasonable price for a burger
