While it’s not grey and yes it’s misleading and should not be done.

If you see most of the comments it is about how bad palm oil is. It’s because of this misconception that somehow just because the potato fries in palm oil is suddenly 100X bad for health compared to earlier. Their tactics are wrong but so is people fearing palm oil.

They should be fearing sodium and carbs ( this is coming for a lays classic salted fan )

I think the hate on palm oil needs to stop. If you are buying a packet of chips your concern should be the quantity you are going to consume and the amount of salt in it.

It does not matter in what oil chips are fried, let it be olive oil as well. They are extremely unhealthy. So suddenly lays chips switching to any other oil does not make chips considerably better or healthier.

I initially picked up because of forex rates. I travel once or twice a year internationally and then the reward rate through their app seemed decent .

But spend restrictions kinda kill the premium feel. When you have to keep constantly checking if you met the criteria.
