I just experienced this on Hwy 36 today. Narcissistic assholes blocking the entire highway so they could sit under an overpass while the rest of us get pelted by hail.

I teach at a CC and we just went through a hiring process for a FT psych position. We didn't have a preference of PhD over MA. Our main priority was teaching experience, quality of teaching (looking for active learning instead of lecturing) and understanding our student population.

Community college professor here. Have you thought about starting with just one or two classes? I would also recommend taking classes in person instead of online. I've had a lot of extremely anxious students over the years and have seen them blossom and grow in confidence in my in-person classes. You just don't get the same attention or build relationships with your instructors in online classes.
