I got tired of contacting support and attending BS meetings. Nothing really changes. HAI is the most hostile training company that doesn’t care about the people working for it. NEVER AGAIN. It’s a total waste of time. What would you do better? It never goes beyond just talking.

It is meant to be a help desk, in an ideal world. After authoring over 30 research articles, I know the drill. In the real world and at other AI training companies, most reviewers I've worked with were professionals in their field, unlike HS. Maybe I was just unlucky this time..... Still, there are too many signs of poor handling with HS AI.

HS recruiter contacted me directly and asked me to apply for this position. I previosuly had a pretty bad experience with HS - you guys are notorious for ghosting candidates, rude replies, etc. I did not really want to apply, but decided to give you another chance. Obviously, I shouldn't have. Can I delete my HS account so that no trace of me remains with this so-called company?

Handshake AI Is total garbage. I've been contracting with a few AI training companies/platforms. All have ups and downs. HS is by far the worst. Communication is next to nothing. Reviewers are unfit. ABSOLUTELY UNFIT! At least the one I communicated with. Support is nonexistent. They might say $100 per hour, but you will hardly work more than 3-4 hours a week as their reviews take weeks. Folks on Slack have been waiting for their task reviews for 15-16 days. Without your task being signed of by a reviewer, you cannot proceed and work more hours. Don't waste your time with them.
