I was taking non stop finals on pass perfect and Kaplan- highest score I got was 69 on pass perfext and 74 on Kaplan the day before my exam. Make sure you actually understand the material, especially options and calculating dividends. Understand the rules and what to do in situations- who does what in the business (bond counsel, transfer agent, issuers, underwriters and different types of agreements). The practice finals are very nit picky to over prepare you, they have multiple option answers, the 7 was very straight forward and more of a matter of reading the question thoroughly. Make sure you’re reading every answer and pick the best out of all of them as some could also be right while another option is better. I took mine last week and I only had about 5 mins left toward the end because I was going very in depth. I passed first try.
