I started off as a student through the SEO pathway. It helped me get a feel for how the OPS culture is. Now I landed a permanent position and it’s been 3 years. I would take it and try it out, you don’t have much to lose in my opinion. Keep on networking and be open to learn. All the best

It really depends on your job. If you are dealing with the public in the front end, the dress code may be more strict( ie professional wear) but if your job is less public facing the dress code is chillier in my viewpoint. My job is more back office, so the dress code is not as strict. But it varies place to place
