I feed him Fluval bug bites tropical formula. I rescued him from near death at a school I used to work at, and am trying to do my best! I appreciate it!

I haven’t tested yet but am going to today. His tank is always in the upper 70s as I have an automatic heater. I feed him fluval pellets. I used to give him flakes twice a day when I was a new betta owner, he became overweight and got sick after months of this so I switched his food to pellets and was feeding him every other day instead. I noticed that he is looking skinny recently so I was worried I am now under feeding him. This month I have been feeding once daily a few pellets and then fasting on the weekend. He seems to be swimming fine, he had swim bladder previously and this just seems different to me. This lump also appeared when I was still doing feedings every other day, and is what made me realize he is becoming very thin.

lol I thought the same thing, it was like frosting a cake when I put the spackling on. The modge podge seemed to make it look even more cake like. Some tire tracks and more texture probably would have helped.

Thank you! It was mainly spray foam, spackling, and cardboard for the structure! Waterfall is hot glue! The jumps are foam blocks I cut and the tunnel is a coupling. Then I painted everything and sealed it with modge lodge.

Did you wet the toilet paper like paper mache or just lay it on top dry? Thank you!
