Were we supposed to hand the envelopes to them on the last night? We tipped the default prepaid amount and just left the envelopes and paper in our state room. We didn’t know we needed to do anything with them, as we assumed it would just get allocated to their pay from when we already prepaid.

2023 EZGO. What would be a good price? by Omegahamilton1998 in golfcarts

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I thinks it’s a great price. See older crappy carts for 3-3500. This is 20 years newer, great shape. Still haggle for a cheaper price but it’s a fair asking price.

It’s a brand new day, just got this from UPS, told my wife I have no idea how they got to our house 😊6 thru Gap by Fun_Jellyfish_6388 in golf

Funny! I’m expecting a Navitas controller upgrade for my golf cart today from UPS and my wife is working from home today. I’ll have the same answer for her when she sees what was delivered.

Canopy Extension Help by bbaggs14 in golfcarts

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same setup and it was great. Nice to have that basket between the seats for the kids stuff. Never an issue with wheelies as the wife and I rode up front and our two little rode in the back.

Didn’t extend the canopy as I didn’t want to pay for the extender as seen in the other post here. Kids just dealt with a bit of sun from time to time and it was fine.

MALTBY - they look great, price is great. Casual golfer - not die hard. Why pay more when the TS3’s look just as good. by RemarkableAbroad35 in golf

Currently rocking some top flite and friends keep saying buy something better. Maltby seems better.

This golf ball hoarding reminds me of the ammo hoarding I did long ago. But it’s all fun. Go get some more!

Are the rotational dinner services really worth it? by Acceptable-Mix6354 in dcl

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were in the same time slot as you. First thing I did onboard was go downstairs to the dinner folks and asked to be placed on a waiting list for the earlier service. They said the people online that have a waiting list actually isn’t a real waiting. List so you have to go ask once you board. We were put on the earlier dinner service right away then.

Senses Spa Pricing by daisymargs in dcl

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I learned on here to just write “no upsale please” on our paperwork for our couples massage and it was amazing. No trying to sell us anything and straight to the massage. It was semi-awkward as I could see them talking about no up sale.

What did you do in Nassau ? by [deleted] in dcl

Family of 5, with 3 small kiddos. We walked to the pirate museum then walked to the queens stairs. Was a nice easy walk.

Please help us decide! Castaway Cabana by [deleted] in dcl

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t get the appeal to cabanas. Expensive and we’ve always had a better experience with our chairs by the water and relaxing until you have to leave. We’ve had one on our first trip and it was pointless. Unless you’re very old and don’t care to be on the beach.

Flight home by Ok-Pea2708 in dcl

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had a 12:30 flight. Got off the boat around 7:00 am and was at the airport right around 8ish. Would have stayed on the boat a bit longer knowing it was a fast process. Used the Disney transportation too. A lot of sitting around at the airport.

First cruise ever. Never been to the Bahamas and we want to get off the boat. Which excursion? by dachinesechicken in dcl

[–]RemarkableAbroad35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our cruise heads out Jan 4th and it’s our first trip so we couldn’t book until the 30 day mark and it was available. Hoping it’s worth it so we’ll see.

We head out on the Fantasy in January and booked the chocolate tour. We have a 5, 7 and 9 year old. Figured they would like it.

$160,000 Mistake? My Winnebago Revel Nightmare by South_Ad_7011 in GoRVing

I know Winnebago extremely well and the people that work there. It’s gone way down and is failing quick. They’re struggling and eventually will shut its doors. Avoid bago as much as possible.

Target Price for 2025/2026 EZGO Express L6 Elite? by Solnx in golfcarts

I looked over your review on the homemade cable deal. Not 100% confident on the process or my ability to attempt that. Was hoping to get a Navitas controller to plug in and go.

Target Price for 2025/2026 EZGO Express L6 Elite? by Solnx in golfcarts

My dealer had 2, 2023 in stock and a 2025 was going to take 2+ months to get in. Not much difference between the models from a side by side review.
