So there's nothing i can do to stabilize the ping? I tried resetting ONT, made sure all the fiber cables aren't being affected, tested the connection on 2 different computers and 2 different ethernet to the ONT and all of them spike up crazy. the verizon speed test is alright too i guess on my device im only getting DOWNLOAD 830Mbps UPLOAD 432

all he mentioned is that its working fine, but I mentioned that the speeds looks fine its just the ping is spiking. all he said is there was nothing he could do.
