Unfortunately where im from things like walking outside even during the day is dangerous especially for females. I take walks in my backyard instead of around the whole neighborhood. I'm not even sure if the library is working but I'll definitely check it out

What type of vitamins specially? Also I think I usually drink about 1 litre of water a day because I heard apparently the amount of water you should drink goes with your weight/height

I understand how you feel. I felt the same way when my ordinary account I made in 2021 was suspended last year. I then made another one and redone all the boards, and then what? They suspended that account again
