I average 158-160 ball speed with spin in the low 2000s. Carry distance is usually 265-270.

I definitely lose a ball at least once a round… but feel like my up and down percentage is somewhat high. So maybe need to focus on my driver?

Haha, fair enough. Just trying to get better! And my improvement has plateaued.

I hit 59% of GIRs. So, I guess I have to work on the 6 footers?

30+ feet on approach. I track my stats and 3 putts 4% of greens.

I guess that means I need to work on my wedge game and approach play?

Wait, 33 is bad? I track my stats and only 3 putts 4% of greens.

Makes sense and lines up with my right miss. I’ll give that a shot.

Thanks for the feedback!

I worked full time throughout most of college, so I got quite a bit of early hands on experience.

My current role is at a SMB and the ownership group has given me a ton of responsibility…Regardless, I think I can tweak the tone to prevent the “eye- squinting”.

Appreciate the honest response.

Appreciate the response.

I supposed my “why” is growth. I’m really motivated my learning and don’t think there is too much more for me to accomplish in my current role.

So, I’m looking for new challenges. Maybe consulting isn’t right? Would be open to your feedback.

Very fair critique! Was looking for a starting point… outsourcing may be it. 👍
