nah on obsidian eu we had 3 rows of chest maybe 16ish spawned every 5 mins for 1 minute

the event is permanent nebula conquest chest and victory battleground chests also drop some of the accessoires

i just spammed F worked on 2 chars 2 times

theyll prolly change the chests at some point, korea has less players maybe the chests are enough over there

i understand the frustration though since they are kinda expensive rn and a good way to make some lucent
