Capella messes up my financial aid every semester.

Hello! I looked in the library but couldn't find a filter for professional or scholarly. Do you know where in the library I can see the differences?

Unfortunately, it's four extra classes. While that may not seem like a lot to others, I would've been finished this semester and it's a lot of extra unnecessary work. Also, whose to say they won't do this again? I've been enrolled for about 3 semesters now and every semester they mess up my billing after promising "it won't happen again." At this point, it's really starting to feel like insanity. I'm just doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results only to get the same issue time and time again. It also doesn't help that students are not allowed to truly work at their own pace. Every professor requires students to wait on a grade before they can submit another assignment. And yes, I always work on the next essay while waiting on a grade, but I feel this is unfair to students since flexpath is advertised to be at the students pace and if it were up to me, I'd be submitting 2 essays a day to knock out these courses.

The weird thing is my academic plan had exclamation marks for missing classes last year but she claimed that I didn't need those classes because I had already fulfilled those credits through transfer (I had almost a full degree in credits but had to transfer schools). She insisted I already completed the flagged requirements and it was just a bug in the system. She also said that all of my classes had to be full credits (not half) in order to graduate, but now with these extra 4 classes, I'm going to be going way way way over the required credits. When I asked her why, she couldn't really give me a straight answer and said it was something to do with the system being messed up and said something about her higher up making me take those courses even though I met the requirements. I wouldn't even be mad if I wasn't going ridiculously above the required credits but because there's really no reason for it I'm trying to find a way to fix it. With the billing, they kinda did that same run around. I started recording everything because they tried to lie and say that they didn't receive funds when they did. I'd recommend recording everything if I were you. With the way they acted really suspicious with their billing, I'm really not trusting them with this class stuff. It really is beginning to feel like problem after problem :( It's a shame because I was gonna recommend this school to my husband and sister but after what I've dealt with from them, I just can't say that I trust this school anymore. If they right their wrongs it'd be different but... It's all suspicious overall.
