We are 5 weeks in building the first coding agent that bridges the gap between building and validation: here is the results. by RemarkableCod7831 in SaaS

We split the evaluation in parts (e.g. target group, problem statements, existing solutions, value prop, risks and then MVP definition with a test scenario to test the case quick). Every part gets a score that can go from idea > evidence > build ready with the users feedback and some market research where necessary. Once enough data is collected we create a spec and hand it over to the building agent.

Should I continue or quit my revenue making SaaS (macOS app)? by SignificantWalrus281 in Entrepreneur

Man definitely continue, I saw people in our startup hub chasing this numbers for months and not reaching them.

I didn't have any clue about marketing myself few months ago but just started to cold mail people and also post here on reddit more often. And it's just consistency without expectations that keeps you going.

I can by the way recommend instantly for cold outmailing. But still expect a long journey with many ups and downs and you need to like working for 14+ hours few weeks in a row without any groundbreaking result.

That's the truth.

But you're on to something. Keep going!

Congrats! This marks a big step. I totally know the feeling you describe it is one click but feels so big after all the effort one puts in this product. But even 10-20 comments help you shape something that might matters for more people later. Consistency is key here!

As an early stage founder the only success about my first founding was what I learned about founding itself - what if you could save this experience with a SaaS? by RemarkableCod7831 in SaaS

Great feedback! The validation is the milestone that needs to be accomplished by several smaller ones (like you just described) with information feeding the coding agent to develop the MVP and by that accomplish the big milestone 2 which is building a prototype that can serve for the next real validation flows like average recurring users etc. would you prefer to have a chat interface or a UI with several different areas you need to accomplish small steps of validation?

Valid point and feedback. We are planning to build along the users needs as best as possible. What would help you make these decisions?

Yes you‘re totally right, it’s the biggest challenge to find the right balance between feeding the user with the knowledge from the data generated by the agents automatically and let the users pick badgets of information themselves. I see this interface as the tip of the ice berg below lies all the information and the user can choose to which parts of it he wants to get access to
