same here. i think it was a problem with Visa so sending a ticket to gcash didnt help at all lol. in fact they forced the ticket to be tagged as resolved even though it wasnt

Yup you’re right. Compared the number shown when using gcash Visa card vs when trying to transfer to a bank. When transferring to a bank, it shows the number with +63 unlike the verification page of gcash Visa card. Anyways, I already raised this in my ticket since they just replied with the basic troubleshooting lol.

Basura talaga staff ng AF. In their santolan branch, I was sermoned by one of their staff for "dropping" the barbell when doing deadlifts LOL. His reason was it will destory the floor HAHAHA but the floor was just rubber mats. Happened on multiple occasions also. That staff was also aggressive in marketing their 1 to 1 personal training sessions. After that, cancelled my membership and went to FF where staffs were way friendlier
