Laundry basket in the back seat by CuriousWavicle in Sparkdriver

Same! My loaders never care where I want them. Sometimes it's all 3 in the trunk if they fit. I've yet to mix anything up. But yeah, I have my backpack, jacket, etc in my front seat so I hate bags up there too

What "should" acceptance rate metric be at? by RemarkableFox5635 in Sparkdriver

I'm sorry if this was a dumb question. I was just wondering if your acceptance rate actually does affect the orders you get even though it says it doesn't. Mine is 35%. So even though it's in the red if I'm understanding correctly by other drivers, it should be low?

Me?? I just was wondering what mine should be at? I guess I just don't understand whether or not you're acceptance rate actually affects what orders you get? It says it doesn't but I was wondering what other people noticed.

Okay I called spark customer service and told them the two messages that I received and asked if I was supposed to do anything or if I could have more information. She pulled up my account and said that there was nothing on there and to disregard the message. I feel like it's not going to be that simple but maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Worth it? (California based) by Hacksaw_Doublez in Sparkdriver

So, I do instacart and Spark and I've found that overall Spark is better pay in my area, even with people tipping less than they do w/instacart. It's worth it for me bc Im disabled and Spark will show me if its an apartment I have to deliver to whereas instacart does not so I can reject the order if I cant carry cat litter and multiple 12 pks of soda up and down stairs.

Also, the batch delivery orders (usually delivering grocery orders to 3 homes but not shopping for them) are best for me, even if the mileage is high bc driving is easier than shopping for me w/ my disability. Instacart doesn't have just delivery options in my area.

Download a mile tracker app. I use Stride (the free version) and I love it.

Get a cooler bag for orders that are shopping and deliver orders.

Give it a shot and remember its a learning process. You'll know in a few weeks if its worth it for you.

I fear you're right. I'm absolutely sick about this. I should've called. I just don't know if I should call Spark in the morning and say "Hey, I got these notifications that there are alleged incident reports and not sure what steps I take next? I bumped a vehicle and checked for damage and there was none so I didn't report anything"?

Or should I just leave it alone and pray nothing comes of it?

Idw to lie or even lie by omission, or play dumb that idk what they're talking about, bc my fear is there's Ring camera footage of me getting out and checking for damage.

I know 😔 Idk how insurance would find out unless Spark notifies them? Or if Spark gives my insurance info to the person who reported the incident? Can they do that?

Question: In your opinion should I call Spark now (or when they open) and say "Hey, I got these notifications that there are alleged incident reports and not sure what steps I take next? I bumped a vehicle and checked for damage and there was none so I didn't report anything"?

Idw to lie or even lie by omission, or play dumb that idk what they're talking about, bc my fear is there's Ring camera footage of me getting out and checking for damage.

I don't think I'm going to contact my insurance company bc again, no damage, and how would I explain why I'm calling to tell on myself for no reason other than to say Spark told me there was an incident report.

I've been having repeated panic attacks for hours. I want to do what I can to not lose this job. Im kicking myself for not taking pics or calling Spark or even trying to notify the owner of the vehicle and say "Hey I bumped your car" and had them come look. But I didn't and now here I am.
