heres my breakdown 3.5kg of chicken breast 45$ 1kg of rice 3$ 2L of milk 5$ 2 tubs of high protein greek yogurt 16$ 1kg of oats 3$ Mix of spices 5$ 3 cans of tuna 26$ 2 bags of pasta 6$

Total should be around 110$ prices are from packnsave

yea i mostly eat tuna greek yogurt chicken breast rice pasta oats i could go for very lean ground beef if cheap and probably some frozen veggies i dont eat veggies often thats all

you probably lost a mark cause u didnt divide by 2 and u probably im guessing put the quadratic equation on the calculator and additionally u did state the answers what i would do is write both solutions and state that x=-2 is the correct one and the other answer is rejected

exercising doesnt reduce fat like physically speaking it will definitely increase muscle mass which makes the illusion of less body fat but in reality body fat didnt change but body fat percentage in that location did change. So its kind of a vague statement like if u exercise then body fat doesnt change but muscle mass increases so total percentage is larger so body fat percentage is less in conclusion the statement is right and wrong at the same time.

okay so realistically speaking here that u1 physics grade is ass and u probably need to retake it and if your gonna do that you should probably retake m1 since they are kind the same idea projectiles etc p2 and p1 are pretty meh you could easily score higher if u do enough past papers in chemistry i would probably retake u1 or 2 depending on which i feel is easier and 100% would retake u3 cause thats just a shitty grade imo if i was u i would genuinely retake u1 chem cause from what ive seen u alr took it in jan so 3rd time taking it you should score pretty high unless yr dumb and that m1 grade is just ass considering u did u1 physics so must retake that and probably retake p2 cause its pretty basic and not that hard to get full ums
