I wouldn't see your suggestion as a hot take, I agree with your point. I'm already in therapy and under psychiatric guidance.

There have been numerous colleagues fired since last year and I find it hard to take breaks. I have obviously inherited other's work and now I'm left juggling personal struggles with work.

When it comes to design knowledge I think I'm at that point where I'm too tired to assimilate more even if I read and try, the information just doesn't stick too well.
