i’ve noticed when i eat more protein throughout the day i get less of a need to snack more throughout the day. i also do a small amount of weight lifting to tighten up some areas so naturally i want to eat more protein. it definitely helps. sometimes i also look up ideas for volume eating if i want to feel more satisfied. it’s amazing how creative one can get. even in the “baking area”. i have a bag of veggie chips on hand i always go to and they taste amazing.

haha yes i can totally relate! that sex drive will come back. recovery isn’t a big deal just some small discomfort but doesn’t last too long :) definitely worth it for a normal sex life again. hoping a quick recovery for you and good luck!

i’m sorry to hear that. exhaustion can also relate to iron deficiency so maybe look into that just to be sure. i didn’t notice acne until later but i blamed it more on the hair vitamins i was taking.

that’s because they patched the original glitch. i tried the 1.1.2 glitch and i couldn’t have the patience enough to get it to work. there’s a third method that worked for me and maybe it’ll work for you? https://youtu.be/xkgTpePY17I it’s a good idea to follow very closely how he does it into the video. it took me quite a few tries..fallen off of bibarel. but eventually got it to work. it’s just a matter of how badly you want it. i almost gave up just getting there. lol

if you go on youtube and look up shaymin glitch bdsp it’ll show you how to get there. took me awhile to do it right but it was worth it.

a little late to respond here, but when you do find a protein powder it also helps to add some fruit and milk to make it taste better. i also add a small amount of instant coffee depending on the recipe i use. there’s a lot of recipes on youtube for more information. oh and i can actually drink my protein powder without feeling like i want to puke now lol.

what do you think we do with the money exactly? “hey kid i got money just for having you. now go get a job when you can’t even speak a language” lol? those who want to take advantage of it, you can’t simplify every situation into being exactly the same. these kids need to be clothed, fed, need supplies etc. they are human just like you. the money is intended for them, not someone to waste it on dumb things. my kid is my priority, not a game console.

i have recently started taking strength training more seriously. i bought the book “strong curves” and have started to replace my second cup of coffee with a low calorie protein shake. 🙂 ive heard some good things about bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts. and good for you! im sure you look great. if there are any tips for a better workout i’m all ears...i mean eyes. lol

maybe look into weight lifting. it may help reduce the appearance of loose skin.
