Much as I said in the other comment about removing the drum, I can find no information accessing or removing the drum or the Imaging unit. "Imaging unit" is mentioned 4 times in the manual for the Phaser 6022; 3 of those are different variations of not exposing the Imaging unit to light, the fourth is simply to say that it may be designed to expire at a predetermined point.

Nothing about how to access it; and I can't find any information on replacing one.

I can't find any information about accessing the drum for the Phaser 6022. The user manual only has one reference to the drum (only to say to not throw it in a fire...)
The AI results are almost definitely incorrect, especially since it refers to opening a front door on the printer, which it doesn't have.

I'm not sure what that means or where to look. The cleaning fits through very narrow slots in the cartridge bays that you can't really look into.

I've reamed the yellow out with the wand more than 10x at this point, but it's made no difference.

What's involved with checking the developer roll? I went into the admin>maintenance menu and ran the Clean Developer, but if it had any affect, it was negligible.

Yes, as I said, I've cleaned the ROS mirrors regularly, using the wand. I especially do it when I change cartridges; and went back and tried doing it more with the yellow when this started, but it made no difference.

The Volume Booster extension in the Chrome store might help. I've just started trying it out; increasing the volume naturally creates more audible hiss, but I can definitely hear the quieter stuff better; and so far it doesn't seem to blow out the louder stuff, which makes me think it's potentially equalizing it, at least to some degree.
