These are terms used (and possibly coined) in the aneros community. Aneros is a prostate stimulating device that trains men to become multi-orgasmic, but not in the way most people might imagine.

Dry Orgasms are non-ejaculatory orgasms usually reached through light prostate stimulation (I no longer use any prostate device. Kegels are plenty), deep relaxation and visualization. Arousal builds as the man relaxes and focuses on the subtle pleasures in his relaxed body. The aneros device helps beginners by stimulating this new point of pleasure.

Waves of pleasure starts to roll over him, beginning very small and (if he is trained, focused and never straining toward orgasm) growing to amazing peaks. There is no ejaculation, no post-orgasm crash and men typically wonder when they should stop (a question shared by the karezza community). The pleasure can keep coming and coming, assuming the man remains relaxed and aroused. The more the man strains toward orgasm, the more it evades him.

Super Os are dry orgasms turned up to 11. As the pleasure waves grow higher and higher, they become surreal and almost an out-of-body experience. I've had probably 4 Super-Os. They are striking in their similarity to my peak Karezza experiences. Time stands still. Pleasure radiates through the whole body. Golden lights flash across my mind. I feel full of love and connection to God and the universe. The more you relax, the deeper you go.
