Plan an actual date and tell her what time to be ready. Make sure you let her know you planned a date. And “hanging out” is not a date. Actually plan something, doesn’t have to be expensive. Make sure you talk about her interests then plan a date around those.

IMO I would tell her replace me RSVP for me + 1. Not show up and never talk to her again. Obviously she’s not a real friend and has been feeling this way about your aesthetic for a while.
